Oatley Havredryck is a vegans friend...

To be honest, as a vegan I have been baking with, cooking with and drinking Oatley Havredryck for quite a while. I find that it tastes better than soya-milks, gives better results in food and doesn't make my skin greasy (anyone else have that problem if they eat too much soya).

Anyway - I always buy the blue-packet Oatley as I think the organic-black-packet stuff tastes pretty dull, kinda like cardboard. The slight sweetness of the blue-packet stuff is much nicer.

I use Oatley Havredryck in Lasagne cheese sauce (using soya cheese - any chance of a Havre-cheese in the future), it works well half-n-half with Oatley grädde for all sorts of gratin. I use it on my cereals and in my hot-chocolate. Using the free trial packet I had creamy porride for breakfast with a splodge of soya-yogurt on the top and some apples from the garden. For dinner I made a cheese sauce and for supper a banana and vanilla smoothie. Below is some pictorial evidence 8-)
